The apartment at Funchal Marina Bay was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking up delicious meals. The bedroom was spacious and the living room was great for lounging and watching TV. The flat-screen TV with cable channels was a bonus too!

Personally, I didn't like the fact that the apartment didn't have a balcony. But hey, that's just my opinion and it might not bother others.

Had all the facilities for excellent stay. Free WiFi was a plus. Boasts incredibly beautiful views over the city.

The beds were nice with hypoallergenic pillows. Having a kitchen helped a lot. The location was perfect and best possible as I wanted adjacent to Santa Catarina Park and the cruise ships.

That the sitting area tended to get quite warm later in the day as it was directly hit by the sun. It would have been nice if there were some curtains or blinds to provide some shade.

As young people, we loved the extraordinary views from the long balcony and huge windows in the living room and bedroom. the honey cake provided by our hostess was the best we had in Madeira. the high security of the building gave us peace of mind.

We felt very welcome and had no reason to complain.
